The Box Office is also open one hour prior to and one half-hour past posted curtain time for all ticketed events held at the Performing Arts Center. We typically see 100+ tickets sold at the door on concert day. If you prefer to purchase tickets at the door, we recommend arriving early so you don't miss the beginning of the concert.

The UNLV PAC Box Office is conveniently located on the northeast end of campus off of Cottage Grove Avenue and Maryland Parkway, approximately 1.5 blocks south of Flamingo Road. It is attached to the south face of the Cottage Grove Parking Garage:

Yes! Seniors, active military & veterans, students, & children are eligible for a 10% discount on individual-ticket pricing. That means a $25 ticket becomes $22.50 plus fees.

Pricing is by section plus fees:

• A: $55 | ~300 seats
• B: $45 | ~400 seats
• C: $35 | ~370 seats
• D: $25 | ~270 seats

Refer to UNLV PAC's seating chart on their ticketing website. All tiers are eligible for 15% off Season Subscriber Package or 10% off Individual Tickets discounts, when available, but no discounts are interchangeable or compounding. With this change, ~270 seats are now more affordable than our previous pricing structure.

Yes! We offer a most-discounted individual-ticket price of $22.50.

47%/~640 seats of individual-tickets are on average ~$30 full-price or ~$27 discounted. With this change, we can offer more affordable tickets than ever before, which is integral to our Mission.

That's easy, you save money! Season Subscribers receive an exclusive 15% discount and further VIP perks. All seats are reserved & assigned versus general admission. A Season Subscriber can easily save $100+* per season, in addition to premier-access to reserve their favorite seats and lock-in those seats for future seasons. Season Subscribers will always be offered advance-notice & VIP-pricing for LVMC events including our annual Spring Gala.

Season Subscriber Packages typically go on sale mid-September.

Individual tickets typically go on sale mid-October.

• Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance of the same production for a $2.50 per ticket exchange fee.
• Tickets can be purchased via telephone for $3 per ticket handling fee. Tickets are mailed if time permits.
• The Performing Arts Center Box Office charges a $1.75 per ticket facilities improvement fee on most sales.
• Tickets can be sent certified mail, return receipt requested, for an additional $7.50 per order charge.
• Additional fees apply to online ticket purchases.

• Patrons must follow the Patron Code of Conduct while attending any UNLV PAC venues as well as comply with all UNLV campus policies including Smoke-Free & Tobacco-Free Campus and Illegality of Medical Marijuana on Campus.
• UNLV PAC offers no refunds on ticket purchases. There are no adjustments on prior ticket purchases.
• All exchanges must be made at the box office at least 24 hours prior to the performance date of the tickets currently held.
• Downgrades are not offered on ticket purchases.
• When discounted tickets are offered, patrons must show identification as required by box office staff.
• Coupons must be presented at the box office ticketing window at the time of purchase.
• All tickets are void at curtain. Late seating is always at the discretion of the management.
• UNLV PAC accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and local checks with a valid Nevada driver’s license.
• UNLV PAC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, including tickets lost in the mail.
• Patrons with disabilities requiring special accommodations must notify the ticketing agent at the time of ticket purchase.
• Sign Language interpretation can be provided for most performances with a minimum of 72 hours advance notice.
• To secure patron identities, will-call tickets must be picked up by the purchaser who must show photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
• Complimentary tickets will only be released to the person who is named on the comp list, unless that person notifies us in writing that we may release their tickets to another individual. Patrons obtaining complimentary tickets must provide photo ID.

Be sure that you can access your mobile or printed tickets before arriving. UNLV PAC's ticketing system offers many options for you to receive your tickets.

Access Tickets via Email Confirmation

Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you from ordertracking@tickets.com. Please add this email to your trusted senders list and/or check your spam folder.

1. On your ticket email confirmation, select the blue “access and print your tickets” link in the middle of the email.
2. Once redirected to the new page, select “view & print tickets.”
3. Either print the tickets from your device or show the scannable bar code on your mobile device to the usher at the venue.

Access Tickets via your MyTickets Accounts

1. Log in to your MyTickets account. If you do not have a MyTickets account, you can create one on the login page.
2. View the list of tickets you have purchased.
3. Select “View Active Tickets.”
4. A barcode will be displayed. You may print out this page using your device's print command, or show the scannable barcode on your mobile device to the usher at the venue. If you’re printing, be sure to print a barcode for each ticket.

Pick Up Tickets at Will Call

Before you pick up your tickets at will call, please note the following:

• Tickets may only be picked up by the owner of the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
• A photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s) will be required.

We recommend you plan for a two-hour experience for our Mainstage concerts. Total run time is typically ~90 minutes but two hours allows for intermission and entering/exiting the hall. Doors open 30 minutes prior to posted curtain time. All tickets are void at curtain. Late seating is always at the discretion of the management.

Mainstage concerts feature one 15-minute intermission between acts. Beverages including alcohol are available for purchase before curtain and during intermission.

Mainstage concerts are fun for the whole family! Students and children are eligible for a 10% discount on single-ticket pricing.

Parking is free in any lot on UNLV's campus (except for handicapped and reserved parking areas) on the following days and times:

• After 7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays
• After 1 p.m. on Fridays
• Any time on Saturdays or Sundays

For all patrons including those in wheelchairs or who have mobility challenges, we recommend parking in the Cottage Grove Parking Garage, Lot A: 1071 Cottage Grove Ave, Paradise, NV 89119. Use this address in your GPS, do not use UNLV's main campus address as this may lead you to other parts of campus.

When exiting the south side of Cottage Grove Parking Garage, Artemus W. Ham Concert Hall is directly in front of you on the right-hand side. Look for "The Flashlight" sculpture that stands 38 feet tall in front of the Hall.
