The gig: We're a chorus that went viral, packs houses, and is about building connection across our communities. You are the business brain and revenue-builder who turns our reach into revenue that funds our bright and ambitions future.

Location: Las Vegas, NV · hybrid, flexible

Hours ~20/week, part-time. Built to grow with the org.

Reports: to The Board, through its Executive Committee. Partners with the Artistic Director.

Pay: Competitive hourly. Room to grow toward full-time.

Your one job: Run the patron-to-donor engine that pays for our future. Everything else serves that.

Revenue · 60% 

• CRM: the patron funnel, audience segments, and brand home. Make the data work. · Marketing: run and analyze approved campaigns. Bring the receipts and the next idea. · Dollars: court sponsors, run the gala's revenue engine, chase smart ad sales, suggest and run fundraisers. · Engage: Build momentum with current patrons; reengage past patrons; build legacy giving; build and execute an endowment model.

Operations · 40% 

• Board spine: agendas, minutes, and close action items. · Comms: own the inbox and the templates so it stops living on the President's plate. · Upkeep: keep the website and press kit fresh after every show.
